The Pavilion centre offers versatile space that can be tailored to your event. From a small board meeting of 6 up to a large conference of 250. There are 7 rooms to choose from dependent on your requirements.

You can hire the Pavilion on a room by room basis, health or you can hire the whole Pavilion if you would prefer sole use for the day.

The Pavilion Centre is easily accessible with unlimited free parking available. Newquay airport is situated only 20 minutes away, what is ed and Bodmin Parkway train station only 30 minutes away as well as having a bus stop right outside the showground itself.

With air-conditioned rooms, nurse stunning surroundings, the choice of caterers to suit all budgets, complimentary superfast fibre wi-fi and AV packages to suit requirements, the Pavilion Centre is a key contender for your event.

We have the following equipment available to hire:

Small AV package - to include projector, laptop and screen = £25 + vat

Large AV package (suitable for the main hall only) – To include; built in projector, laptop, screen, microphones and sound = £50 + vat

Flipchart = £5 + vat

Stage (Max size of 5m wide x 3m deep)  = £50 + vat

WiFi – Free of charge

If you require an AV technician or you require further equipment for your event, this would need to be done through an external company.

We can offer you suggestions of reputable companies who have previously been here, or you can source this yourself if you would prefer.
